01 / VOICE ALERTS
Use the control on the current page
Voice is controlled by the page you are using. The main dashboard has an Alerts control and a Tactical Comms feed. Session Compass, Waypoint and other supported pages expose their own voice settings.
Enabling one tool does not mean every tab or every module will speak. Prefer a focused set of tabs to avoid competing announcements.

Test audio before relying on it
Where provided, select Voice On and Test voice. A browser may require your click before permitting audio. Check device volume, muted tabs and output device.
Keep the tab open and device awake. Background browser behavior and interrupted connections can delay or prevent an announcement. Voice is an attention aid, not a guaranteed delivery channel.

Session Compass voice
On the current NQ session, choose direction changes only or periodic updates every five minutes. Historical sessions remain silent, and pausing the display pauses spoken updates.
A developing direction can change. Listen to whether the message describes developing or confirmed structure, then look at the chart and reference.

Waypoint and page-specific updates
Waypoint can announce the selected market’s available destination context while its qualifying route condition is present. Use its own switch and test button. Other pages use their own conditions and cadence; inspect the local help text.
Do not assume that a sample phrase on an old sales page represents a current enabled alert. The actual page settings and current data determine what is spoken.

If you hear nothing
Check the switch, test playback, selected session, page pause state, tab mute, device audio and whether a qualifying event has occurred. Read the on-screen status if the source is missing.
A spoken message does not place an order. Verify the current chart when returning to a page instead of trading from an older announcement.
