01DTE

THE 01DTE EDGE

Heavy buying.
Why isn’t price going up?

Buy volume can build while price barely moves. Watching the executions alongside price helps you see when that happens.

01DTE shows options positioning, displayed orders and executed trades. Use those readings to follow what happens as price approaches a level, tests it or trades through.

THE EVIDENCE BEHIND THE VIEW

What each reading tells you.

Each uses a different kind of market information.

01 / OPTIONS

Gamma concentrations

Gamma Force ↗

Locate concentrations by strike.

Options gamma and open interest reveal concentrations around strikes. Gamma Force ranks them and places levels on the chart, including futures-mapped levels and SPX options.

Concentration describes exposure. It does not identify a whale, reveal dealer ownership or promise a bounce.

02 / ORDER BOOK

Level II liquidity

Displayed bids & offers

See the orders waiting to trade.

Bid and ask depth shows displayed orders waiting to trade. Size holding, shrinking or disappearing gives context as price approaches an area.

Those orders can be canceled. Compare resting size with actual executions and the price response before treating it as evidence of defense.

03 / EXECUTED TRADES

Pressure & Flow

Pressure Pulse ↗

Compare aggressive trades with price movement.

Our modules read Time & Sales, using quotes to classify likely aggressive buying and selling. Compare their direction and accumulated pressure with price progress inside the current range.

Both read the same tape through different calculations. Agreement is useful context, not two independent confirmations. Unclassified volume stays separate.

04 / OBSERVED REACTION

Levels with a history

Review a level’s tests and reactions.

Tape-based support and resistance retain evidence from tests and reactions. The absorption detector separately looks for aggressive volume that stalls, then a price rejection. Watch its levels form, confirm and later break.

A level’s evidence score reflects observed behavior, not its probability of holding. The absorption detector is experimental; a confirmed rejection can still be followed by a break.

AT THE LEVEL

What happens after the buying?

These examples explain the readings; they are not entry instructions.

BUYING STALLS

Buying continues.
Price stalls.

Aggressive buyers keep trading near resistance, but make little progress. A subsequent rejection can support an absorption reading: buying met enough selling to stall the move.

Watch: does the rejection persist, or does price return and break through?

BUYING MAKES PROGRESS

Price moves through
and stays beyond the level.

Buying carries price through the area and it continues trading above. That changes the reading: the previous resistance has been breached, even if it held earlier.

Watch: does price stay beyond the level, or return inside the prior range?

You can make the same comparison when sellers trade at support: check their volume against how far price moves.

THE PRACTICAL ADVANTAGE

Review the trades
when price reaches a level.

Compare the level with the buying and selling there, then review the price reaction. You can revisit the sequence afterward. These observations do not guarantee a profitable strategy.
